Can’t recommend Keith at Bristol Console Repair enough. Our Switch USB-C charging port wasn’t working so took it to BCR. Wasn’t what I expected upon arrival but don’t let that fool you – the communication was excellent once I’d dropped it off, they explained the problem once they found it and the cost was reasonable and exactly what it said on their website.
The Switch was ready to collect the next day and all worked. There was a small issue once I’d collected it but messaging Keith he asked me to drop it by for him to check, and they called me about 10 minutes after dropping it off to say it was fixed at no extra cost.
Definitely recommended! A+
I recently had my PS5 controllers fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. All three controllers now work perfectly. But what really stood out was the exceptional help I received when I encountered car trouble upon leaving. Despite it being late at night, Keith went above and beyond by enlisting his neighbour’s assistance to ensure I wasn’t stranded. Truly outstanding service and dedication. Highly recommend!
Had the hdmi port of my ps5 repaired, worked smoothly for a while until it stopped working a few months later, was fixed again by them but had issues sustaining the picture display at times, it recently stopped displaying any picture display at all so will have to get it repaired for a third time. Don’t recommend as there’s no guarantee the issue will actually be fixed.
