The owner seems lovely and my product got fixed and is working. However, I was repeatedly told that it would be ready the next day and even took 2 buses after work to come and collect my product and was told it wasn’t ready (I should have been informed of this prior to arriving because I was told to come back on that day). Other repair shops also quoted me better prices for the fix (but I have no car and couldn’t go to them)

I do understand that the delays in my product were not a result of the owner’s fault and a result of Royal Mail but I would have expected either a text or phone call to inform me that my product wasn’t ready and to not go out of my way to go to the shop or some form of compensation as a result of the delays and miscommunication like a small discount or store credit.

They are not offering same day repairs. Took it in Wednesday went back for an update three times since. Eventually Saturday 1600hrs I took phone away.
I was late for an important interview as I could not check calendar on phone on Friday.
Please dont advertise same day when you are not ready for it. Oh yeah MPRC was PS40 cheaper and I’ve got to go back and collect AT 1700HRS TODAY!

Went into the shop after having some personal difficulties, lost my phone & everything I needed on it, the guy was ever so calm & explained to me the process, he sorted me a new phone discounted & advised me what to do! the service & quality is second to none! I would highly recommend Bristol Gadget & I won’t be going anywhere else in future
