Took a laptop there that would not boot. Even though explained I’ve already reset it I was told it needs windows reinstalled at the tune of PS80. I said not to worry as I can do that myself and reason I’m here is for a diagnosis as to why the problem is happening, I was promptly handed back my laptop and door slammed in my face. I can’t speak for his expertise but I’m guessing all he tried to do was boot, which I explained doesn’t work. Then he tried to make a quick buck and when that didn’t happen he got the hump. Very unprofessional IMO but alas I can’t expect anything too professional from a dissolved company. Use this company at your own risk
“It is a great pleasure to recommend Gary. He was able to diagnose quickly the problem with my broken very old laptop and transferred all my old files to my new one.
He also helped me through over and above what I paid him for in that even afterwards i was able to contact him so many times to help me out on issues that i didn’t understand and he was most helpful.
He was very gentle, patient and efficient in sorting out the issues I had.
