An elderly relative recently purchased a “Walker” TV from this shop, which carried a relatively premium price tag. I felt that the quality of the TV did not justify the cost, so I contacted the shop to discuss my concerns. Despite our discussion, we were unable to see eye-to-eye. After our conversation, when I indicated that I would be reflecting on my experience in a review, the owner advised me to be very careful with my choice of words, hinting at the possibility of legal action. Sharing this to help others make informed decisions; it was quite a disheartening experience.
Needed a tv aerial for attic, most the big stores don’t carry stock or are over priced.
