I sent my PlayStation 5 to be fixed here for my little brother birthday but I live further away so I ended up late to drop the PlayStation off. The man at the door was HORRIBLE about me being late, I’m now actively avoiding this place.

As a further note, due to the response of the owner, I turned up at 3pm to drop of my console off. However we agreed upon 2, so once again as I stated earlier I was late but the man at the door claimed I was disrespectful and me being late was out of order to which i told him I live a distance away but he snarled and took my PlayStation and slammed the door without saying another word. I can’t believe that you had the audacity to claim it was me being disrespectful, I now don’t just actively avoid this place I heavily recommend you do too.

Great service

The process was simple and fast. I sent my son’s Nintendo Switch and it was sorted out within a day. Gary was excellent with his communication with me. The console was returned to me the next day, given it had reached their offices late afternoon. We were given a year’s warranty for non-accidental damage.

It has been three days since it was fixed. My son is happy with it & everything is working ok so far.
