I couldn’t even get service, so my experience was so bad. They offered a free check, saying it could take one day; I left my laptop at 1 p.m., I was supposed to receive a call with the diagnoses the next day after 1 p.m., and I asked as well if I wouldn’t want to fix it, I would able to pick up the laptop that day because I needed and they said yes. But the next day came, and I had to call at 2 p.m. to check on it. They answered like robots, saying, “If you left your laptop yesterday, you will receive a call today.” At 5 pm, I was still waiting for the call. I had to call again, and the answer was the same. I received the call at 5:45 pm telling me about the diagnosis and telling me it would be 100 dollars to restart it. The store closes at 6 pm. How can I pick up the laptop if they have 15 minutes before closing? By that time, it had taken me 30 minutes to get there. The manager, Alex, was too rude to answer my phone call, saying, what exactly do you need? I’m so busy right now; I can give you a callback at 8 pm? Just because the service is free, it shouldn’t be that way. Of course, I had to pick up my laptop the next day.
Just don’t offer anything for free if you cannot provide proper customer service.
