I had great service from Mario who took the time on the phone with me to help diagnose a problem I was having with my AtGames Legends arcade machine. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The world would be a much better place if all service and repair people were like this.

I ordered the replacement part (a circuit board) and replaced it easily. I appreciated some of the tips that Mario provided. The part arrived quickly.

My only small recommendation would be to ship boards in proper anti-electrostatic bags to protect them from ESD. Shipping in foam isn’t great because foam can build up a lot of static. Otherwise everything was perfect! I appreciated the assistance, professionalism, and speed.

I will definitely buy from here again.

The wireless cell phone charger that I bought looks new but it doesn’t work and didn’t come with a charging cord. I have made several attempts to contact the store in two weeks to return the item but their email address doesn’t work. Maybe because they don’t care about the products that they ship to people that live outside of Belleville, Ontario. I sent 2 emails to their Order Dept but didn’t get a reply. I also tried to email them from their in-house email but also heard nothing. I will never buy from the Buy Stuff Store ever again. I will also tell all of my friends and family to never buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! If I can give this place a zero I would!! I ordered an item online, I received a confirmation email that my order went through and they deducted the amount from my visa. The next day I got an email stating they are out of stock and that I should receive a refund within 2 weeks. I didn’t receive it a refund and I contacted them multiple times, through email and phone. No one has responded back! They are very quick to take money from you but don’t return it back!!! Very disappointed
