All three team members made me comfortable while discussing my problem with my phone, and the issue was solved in less than 15 minutes.

They can even customise your phone with any of a range of vinyl decals that are guaranteed to make it completely individualised for your tastes.

The location in central Warrnambool, next to the Telstra shop and across the road from Target, is super convenient for parking and access. There are no steps or tricky doorways, making accessibility easy for anyone with mobility issues, wheelchairs or prams.
The prices are very reasonable, the service is efficient and friendly. Why would you go anywhere else?

I had my phone back in under 45 mins! He put a new camera in it after I dropped it and broke it and he put a new cover on it as well that will protect it a lot more than my old one did!
I also had my 3 year old daughter with me and he gave her a balloon which is her favourite thing right now so we are both very happy!

This staff member named Carly helped me to find a case for my phone and I felt so comfortable talking to her! Genuinely the best customer service I’ve had at a phone case store. Usually all the people are boring but Carly had an actual conversation with me and it was quite the pleasant experience. Very impressed with the quality of customer service.
