Cameras and dvr were installed promptly. A little pricey for the quality though and when it came time to capture security videos from the DVR the software frooze up. Called Raj and was told he was busy with a customer. I thought I was his customer too as I’ve spent over $2000 for the system. He returned today to our pizza shop during our peak hours and then left when I had to run out for a delivery. System still not working properly and he forgot to create and leave a new password. Disappointed to say the least. Whats the point of having security cameras if you can’t back up the data and capture video clips of interest.
Next time I will call a Canada Based Company to make the install. One of the cameras stopped working and the owner doesn’t return my messages.

C Tech installed the HD security camera system at my home. They were very polite, honest, efficient and competitive on pricing. The dahua systems are not oem. I was told they where. When i called dahua US support with the serial number of the NVR they would not help me. The SMD feature does not function i had to install a different camera from dahua . Its good bang for buck but know what you are buying. Dahua cameras use port 40000 not port 37777. Beware.
