Our iphone screen was shattered. We live rural and I could not bring the phone to Mobile Point in person. Sanny went above and beyond to accommodate us – he accepted that I ship the phone to Mobile Point (accompanied with return label) – once received he fixed the screen and same day shipped it back to me! I had my phone repaired in no time without ever leaving home! I only spoke with Sunny on a phone and he handled my special request in a professional and friendly manner. The phone came back like new! Staff and service was amazing when I went to upgrade my phone here. They have lots of options and help you select the phone that is best for you. They even helped me transfer the information on my current phone to my new phone. 10/10 would recommend. I bought an iphone 11 refurbished for my sister 3 years ago and she still uses it today.
