Amazing service and amazing personalities at this store.
I had an issue with a Surface Pro 4 screen that had bent due to the battery enlarging. 4 other companies refused to repair as they said it was too difficult due to the touch screen.
I went to the store and met JD…what a guy! He said he could repair it, he also had spare batteries and would have it finished before the shop shut same day!! ..and he did. It works brilliantly too. He also has great deals on new and reconditioned phones, tablets, laptops. What an amazing store.
I thoroughly recommend and I will be coming back to “Call Cabin” again very soon.

This place really is the best place to get your broken phone, gaming console repaired. I had been searching for repair shops in preston and when some repair places in preston said they could not fix my 3ds top screen (cracked lcd). I started losing hope but when I came across call cabin they were really understanding on what was wrong with my handheld console. The staff were all lovely and they will make sure your device no matter what it is will be fixed and that is exactly what they did for me. This place really is the best place. Will I be back YES of course I will.
This is always my first go to place for all of my phone needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have fixed every problem that I’ve had quickly, usually same day and even delivered my phone to my door after repair. They sell good quality products and will rectify anything at fault without any hassle. My daughters bought several phones from there and always got a good deal. I would recommend Call Cabin as a good reputable business.
