It’s sad that I am having to place a review here. I’m generally not that type of person, but you have left me no choice!
I paid in full with extra for next day delivery on the 9th April 2024 for Sony A6400 camera and lens, I’m not loaded and have saved for this camera for months. It’s now the end of May and if it wasn’t for me continuously emailing you asking for updates, and waiting days on end for a simple response to what has happened to my order.
I did my research into your company before parting with my hard earned cash to buy this product, but it seems I must have been conned out of my money, this is not acceptable for a company to run a business in this manner, you can’t take people money and then just fob them off with sorry we haven’t received our stock and then pluck mythical dates out of thin air to when said stock will be arriving! I have been overly patient and if you fail to respond to me today, I will be left with no choice but to take this matter further.

I ordered a camera from here on Sunday 5th of May. I got an email the next day to say that my item was out of stock but would be back in stock that week.
I called them, it took 6 attempts to get through on the phone, they reassured me that they were getting more stock that week.
I had an event to film 2 weeks from the day of making the order, knowing it should come within 5 days.
I rang daily for an update on the order, they knew I needed it for an event, however they continuously took many call attempts to answer the phone, then often said they will check the progress of the order and never call me back to update me.
Eventually after 9 days, I cancelled the order following terrible customer service and no camera.

Ordered a battery for my drone that was out of stock (these arent cheap), got quick email from the company to let me know it’d be on the way soon just delayed as out of stock (I didnt even need to contact them for this) and then when it arrived not only did they give me the drone battery but also threw in an extra one entirely free of charge.

Could not believe this but massively grateful and has made my week, as i was worried i might still need another battery potentially anyway.
