I contacted Steve through ebay regarding my circuit board to my hot tub which was broken. I sent the board to Steve and within less than a week he had it fixed and sent straight back with no issues. Steve was great from the first time we spoke until I finally got the hot tub to work. I will definitely be using Steve again.

I phoned Steve to see if he was able to repair my IQ2020 control board, I sent the board and it was repaired and returned in less than a week. This was quicker than I could have recieved a new one and at a fraction of the cost. I was kept updated throught the prosess. I cannot recomend Steve’s service highly enough.
Had my Somfy conservatory blinds fail, no help from them apart from ‘contact your local dealer’, so I sent the control board in to Steve, it came back all fixed in a few days, for no doubt a fraction of the cost. Perfect.
