The technician was rude and disrespectful and i am really unhappy with the customer Service, I don’t recommend this place! Horrible experience. I called and asked if i can drop off my xbox 1 controller because it needed fixing, and the other person on the line said yes we fix xbox controllers and drop it by any time today! So i headed to the store, when i got there i was told to go see the technician, so i did, then the technician says they don’t fix xbox controllers they just fix computers, and he said if they do work on it, it will cost more than $50 so he told me to just buy a new one. All the controller needed is to weld a wire inside the controller back in place, pretty simple! They wasted my gas and they lied to me and pretty much disrespected me and my controller!

My recent store visit was incredibly frustrating. I had hoped to purchase an open-box Ryzen 7 5800X for $208, but was informed by the cashier that it was missing pins, making it unusable.

Instead of addressing the issue, he asked me if I’d still like to purchase the CPU. Upon answering no, he suggested that I purchase the $408, Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Such a drastic price jump, especially considering the circumstances, is unacceptable. This experience not only showcases the incompetence of suggesting a faulty CPU but also the disregard for customer satisfaction and transparent sales practices.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such issues with Canada Computers. Rest assured, I won’t be returning. I strongly advise against shopping there.

Very bad experience.
All I can say careless. So unprofessional.
I gave them.my computer and they let it stay for 10 days with no calling or saying anything. Until I.went there to check and manager say will.call u tomorrow. And then wait another two days they didn’t call. A ND when I called they Said the part if out of stock at lenovo. I called lenovo with the order number that provide me order number and lenovo said no one ordered from them.
