I bought a gopro 12 from this store a month ago with an extra warranty. The gopro stops working every now and then while my son in on his ride. We took the camera to the store for the warranty to see what is going on last Friday to find a solution. The employee working there said he doesn’t have a technician that works on that and mentioned the tech. will be in the next day to handle the issue, Nothing happened. I called today “Wednesday” to see what is going on. First an employee her name is Candy answered and told me that a replacement takes 1 to 2 weeks. When I told her this timeline won’t work for me and I will need a refund in this case which I should be entitled to under warranty, she said I need to come tomorrow as they are closing soon. I told her that it is not my problem that you are closing soon thia issue is been hanging for a while now. She went and got me her manager his name is Mike that seemed to want to go home and started to say a complete different story that they couldn’t prove that the camera isn’t working properly. I asked him did you take the camera on bike ride for while to test it, he said I can’t go out of the store, I told him then how do know if it is working properly or not. When he found no good answer, he started to frustrate me by acusing me of being rode and he won’t help. Until now I got no help and they have my gopro. I won’t buy anything from this place again.

I’ve been a customer of Canada Computers, the Whitby branch especially since their original location at Dundas to their current location on Victoria.

Recently my Razor Nari Ultimate headset was not charging correctly as it for some reason required both the USB and Aux 3.5mm to be plugged in simultaneously in order to charge. While it had been a year since its purchase, I luckily had the extended warranty.

After explaining the issue with both the staff and upper management, the issue was satisfyingly resolved and the defective headset was exchanged.

I specifically wish to extend a big thank you to Curtis (the regional/district manager) as well as Jamian & Michael (the service/Sales Reps). I found them to be professional, accommodating and just as devoted on resolving my dilemma as I was.

We left our computer here to get fixed. They said it would be 6 to 7 days. And mentioned they were busy it might take a while. Which was fine with us.
But it’s been 22 days and it’s still not fixed. We got called back maybe a week after we dropped it off said it was fixed but when we went to pick up it still wasn’t working right so they kept it again.

The person who was working on it decided to go on vacation and no one had worked on it for that entier week.
I’m not sure why this happened but I find it strange.

I’m thinking to pick up and bring it to another place as we still have no idea what’s going on. We called and said someone would call us back and it’s been a couple hours and nothing….
