Staffs are enthusiastic, helpful, and mostly efficient. Sadly it appears that their technicians at repair/service are rude (however it was on calls and I didn’t encounter such manners in-store).

With my experiences at multiple different Canada Computers I’d say this is the best so far. People actually knows their stuffs and would take their time explaining and giving advices.

Although Canada Computers have company wide policies, in reality how stores run almost make you feel like they each have their own sovereignty. As a result, you probably want to consider a store with more professional and friendly staffs. Do keep in mind that they are quite busy at times.

We made a small purchase of headphones and adapter a few weeks ago. We went today to the Newmarket location in the 404 plaza to purchase a
Laptop and to return the other items which we didn’t need. After a discussion about how we came to purchase a laptop, the store would not make an exception to their 2 week refund policy even though both items were unused and unopened. So we went to Best Buy and purchased a $500 laptop. Would love to shop and buy at smaller stores but so surprising that they are not more responsive to the customer experience. Will not shop here again.

We’re lucky to have a store like this in our area. With all the retail outlets transitioning to Internet sales, it’s nice to have a large store like this to actually see the items before buying them. They have a wide range of items; from gaming mouses and chairs to unlocked cellphones and cases. The staff is very accomdating and there are a large amount of them that have expertise in many different fields.
