Went in to solve a more complex WiFi setup with indoor and outdoor access points. The associate that assisted me was an expert and answered all questions and provided solutions at many price levels but recommended the lowest price option. Unfortunately one of the pieces I needed wasn’t in stock. But they offered to have it brought in.
Still my favourite place to buy PC components, (not much competition though lol, RIP NCIX)the new location is good. Posting a pic of their price tags which have been changed to tiny LCDs. Didn’t notice till they started changing on me. Cool. Just don’t start updating them based on who walks in or looks at them please.
Incredible service from beginning to end and I spoke to multiple reps, even on busy boxing day. I built a new custom desktop and they gave very honest advice about which parts I needed to suit my purposes. They presented facts and recommendations, no pushy sales tactics. Very satisfied, great prices too.
