Canada Computer is blacklisted forever.

Terrible customer support. Ho boy. After 6 weeks I am finally reimbursed for an order that they were unable to deliver because it was a PO box. I tried to have the address changer with their carrier and them but the order was still undeliverable. They never bothered to give me feedback or follow-up, I had to call them and email them countless time. Plus they have not even reimbursed the full amount…

Terrible service never again. (ho and don’t try to have someone speak French…)

Sadly, their online shop reflect poorly they physical shop and because of that I’ll buy from their competitors.

Honestly, we have been lacking this kind of store for so long. It’s basically a costco for electronics. Compared to best buy, there is no important shortage.if you want to buy computer parts without dealing with online order, this is the place! There’s a wall of GPUs and motherboards, aisles of cases, Power supply, monitor, fans. It just opened and I’m glad it did.

Pretty consistently a bad experience. Some good employees but most are just playing games and don’t know much of anything. Store also cannot backorder or process online orders. What you see is what you get. Do Not get gift cards there, you will not be able to use them online or for any items not in stock.
