I recently had an amazing experience at Canada Computers building my first PC!!

From the moment I walked in, the sales representative was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the process and recommending the best options tailored to my needs. They even ensured I took advantage of the ongoing deals, which was a fantastic bonus!

After making my purchase, I encountered a problem with my PC. However, the service department at Canada Computers truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently. Within just a few hours, my problem was fixed, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional support.

I arrived and was looking for external memory solutions for my needs. Found plenty of free parking spaces very close to the store. Went in the store and the customer service was very quick and very informative and very friendly. I asked specific questions and got the answers right to the point

I travel a lot and time is very sensitive for me and I usually look for a specific item and to the point and that is what I got getting these items.

I was also looking for a USB Fan but could get the one I wanted. And I wanted longer USB C and USB iPhone cables in a minimum 10 feet lenth but could not get them here, the longest theynuad in store was 3 or 6 feet.

If I am in the area and need computer stuff, I will for sure return here, altgough very limited items were in store but customer service was very keen.

My son was testing out different gaming chairs that were on display and found one he liked, only to find out that (1) they didn’t have it in stock at that location and (2) they didn’t have it in stock at any of their locations and I was not even offered some alternatives or suggestions for when that chair might be back in stock!! All the other gaming chairs there were too expensive or not comfortable. I offered to buy the model chair but was denied as they said they needed it for their demo. This makes absolute no sense to me! I don’t think I’ll ever shop at that store again. We ended up finding a chair at Staples……who would’ve thought?!
