6/29: I called in advance to place a monitor behind the counter as I was on my way there, and there was only one. The person on the phone was really helpful, and stuck it in the back for me. When I got there about 30 min later, there was some confusion as to where it was, but it was located, once the person that welcomed me located the person that took my call. The guy that took my order on the phone was trying to help me but their coworker (the only one with a hand written name tag) continued to speak over him, ask him why he’s doing certain things (like a dead pixel test) and essentially gaslight him throughout the entire transaction. I called ahead because I knew exactly what I wanted, and I ended up being there so much longer than I needed to be. The guy with the name tag, who was trying to act like a supervisor, needs some serious customer service and leadership skills. If he’s not a supervisor, then whoever is in charge of him needs to better train their staff to not be so antagonistic and condescending. I came in person since I didn’t want to pay for shipping but next time I’ll just pay for shipping since the whole experience was frustrating. The guy who was handling my sale was clearly competent and was trying to maintain his composure and overall, he was helpful.

I came in with a list of parts I was thinking about for a gaming build for my son. Not at a single point did they make me feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything, even proposed some alternatives that would save me a little money, and even let me know if there was stock at other locations if the best advertised web deal wasn’t in store. I didn’t even ask, Manny tried to run down the best value option available across all locations for my GPU. In the end I secured everything on the spot instead of driving out to the other stores.

The store is clean and well kept. The pricing they have on low voltage hand tools is very good. I used to work low voltage and other stores charge quite alot of punch downs, wire strippers, crimps, etc.

Will definitely be back. I’m super happy with the build we came up with.

Tried returning a motherboard the guy kept it at his desk while I went to the front to process the return I was then denied a return due to physically damage even though I never damaged it and it was in perfect working condition…. I had only had it for 8 days Now I have damaged motherboard I can’t use and forced to buy a new one and believe the guy at the desk damaged it and claimed it was physical damage and blamed me for the damage. Prior to a return make sure to take photos so that you have proof
