I took my laptop there on Saturday and got it fixed/collected on Monday, I am very pleased at how quickly he managed to do it. I am more than satisfied with the service I’ve received, my laptop is in perfect working order now, the man was kind and polite and above all honest and trustworthy with his advise and made sure I understand what’s wrong and what needs to be done with my laptop. I highly recommend him.

Took my laptop for a screen repair. First had to wait 3 weeks for the screen as they forgot to call me and only did when I left a negative feedback. This was fine because everyone makes mistakes. But the screen was not fitted properly and is bulging out on one side and the case is opening. Paired with that one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
Presented a highly complex problem with laptop that took a while to sort. Shapur refused to let it beat him and worked tirelessly to find the solution which I’m delighted to say was eventually found. Excellent service and a real dedication to the cause. Add in reasonable rates too, this business comes highly recommended.
