Customer service was horrible. Does not communicate well and does not back up his word. When we started the job we had one payment arrangement and by the time I picked up my computer after he totally changed the agreement. If you are looking for computer work to be done I highly suggest you look elsewhere. Honesty and trust are not phrases that come to mind when I think about my experience with this company. I’m not suggesting they are a rip off, more that they don’t give a damn about providing a good customer service experience.

This company, specifically Michael, provided exceptional customer service when I required an upgrade to my laptop. He took the time to assess the problem and provide me with the solutions. Even though, he could have made money off servicing my device, he explained that with cost of repair it might be a better option to purchase a new laptop. He provided me with the facts and even suggested some decent laptops from Staples to purchase. I will use this company for all my future IT needs!

Our company worked with CAO on a job with a national retailer. The technician we dealt with was named Mike and he was not only argumentative about completing simple tasks, he very quickly became verbally abusive to not only our staff but also employees of the company that hired us.
I personally would recommend using anyone else for your IT needs…. your neighbour’s teenager would be better.
