Last night after years of using mobiles I joined the “smashed screen club”. After some googling I was faced with a wait of a few days at one of the large chain repair companies, or try a local small business that might be quicker. I opted for “Capital Connections” and after a call to check they had the parts in stock, I jumped on a bus and dropped the phone off. An hour later it was all done. Great, fast service from a nice team of guys. Many thanks.

Had my phone repaired recently and it just needed cleaning, and in this day when most companies are hunting for a buck it says something special about capital connection that just charing me for cleaning and not charging for parts I don’t need (like a previous store) is a testimonial to their great attitude and service.

Helpful and really friendly. Amazing service and not over the top expensive. My new go to place for any phone issues especially as my iPhone isn’t under warranty anymore and been having issues with the battery and screen. Feels like a new phone for the combined price of PS110!
