I could not read / see my photos on a couple of brand new SD cards, and was very concerned I had lost some precious recent photos. After a phone discussion where he suggested some possible work-arounds and then an in-person visit, Levon was able to verify my photos were still there and accessible, recommend I purchase a new (very inexpensive) SD card reader, and even sent me a link to a recommended brand. All this and no charge for me taking up his valuable time and expertise!
