Called in and asked the guy to see what the problem with my phone was . He wasn’t sure but he looked at it and sorted it for me. I didn’t want to buy a new phone just yet as this one is good enough for my purposes. Unlike all the other phone shops who just told me it wasnt fixable and tried to flog me a new phone. I didnt get his name but when I do need a new phone I will go there for sure. Refreshing to see a genuine guy who wasn’t just thinking of his commission.
Tried to sell my a second hand mobile as new even though the factory seal was broken, all protective film had been removed and the phone had been booted up and configured. Both the assistant and manager claimed that that was how the phones came. Suffice to say that that is not true.
Currys mobile now. Carphone warehouse doesn’t exist. But great service from the guys and still all the newest handsets.
