Have used CCRS several times – for my wife’s laptop, mine, and now my desktop PC. Exemplary service and a very quick turnaround when possible. Just yesterday my desktop PC developed a major fault so I called Gordon – he called in this morning, after a few checks he took it away and had it diagnosed and fixed by later this afternoon, and back in my office shortly after and working fine.
Gordon knows what he’s talking about and doesn’t over charge. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Our Lenovo laptop decided to fail to connect to WiFi & settings fixes didn’t repair.
Not a straight forward fix but Gordon solved it after about an hour at the house then taking the laptop away overnight. Returned the next day with the issue solved. We think caused by a windows update glitch. Very pleased.
