Edit: For the reply you sent me in order to cover yourselves up. First up, you are missing some parts of my phone calls to you. Secondly, by saying you received the box with no damage, that means you broke the BIOS button, and then tried to blame it on me. Good thing I had photo proof of this or otherwise you would have blamed it on me. As for proof of the USB ports not working correctly and always resetting my devices, it’s very clear that since I bought a 2nd motherboard of the exact same model, that was the issue. There is no way for a customer to give you “concrete proof” of this outside of me sitting with my phone on my desk 24/7 waiting to record a random event of USB devices disconnecting. I have no time to waste on such petty stuff. I’ve had similar faulty devices and issues like this with stores from Romania and I always got my device replaced no questions asked. Because if I didn’t, I would report the store to the Consumer Protection agency in my country and they would be F’d beyond all belief. You’re lucky I’m not from Germany to know exactly how to report you or you would be very sorry for this situation. You’re also lucky you’re in Europe, because otherwise you would be praying you won’t end up on Gamer’s Nexus channel in the future. 🙂
Again not recommending buying from them.
9.2.2024 :Update on the whole ordeal after posting a bad review i got an email the next day and they suddenly had a solution, they now have a used 4080 noctua that a costumer returned and they offered me a used card as a replacment
As to the response below the review just because the transaction was over 2b2 it shouldnt take 4 months to come up with a solution led alone a 20 euro compensation.
As for the used 4080 that i was offerd after thinking about it it makes 0 sense to take the used card over a new one with missing branding.
And to top it all off they offered me the card and told me to change my review to something better. I will not be doing anything of sorts.
Ahh yes the snazy replies for your department was waiting for that, and no you seem to have skipped the part where i typed in the email that i would PAY the diffrance. Seeing the way you reply to other costumers this does not surprise me. But i guess the ego in this company is is enormous, sad to see that German quality and professionalism does not exist anymore and to your replacement note in what world do you think its ok to replace a new gpu with a used one?
Yeah and that’s the difference between making a sale and doing good business on a consumer level. It’s fine to do corporate setting because it gets the job done but when you have a customer who’s spending over 4000EUR or more you learn to take in account good salesmanship. Please don’t try to tell me about German culture that’s nonsense people are people you can’t say a person is the way they are because of cultural identity, if that’s the case Berlins is fairly new by my account since the Cold War
