Case Mogul reached out after seeing this review. They were able to fix the fingerprint scanner, which was damaged by significant corrosion. It’s disappointing that this wasn’t addressed during the initial repair. Unfortunately, the crack in the screen remains and will need to be fixed at my own expense.

While I appreciate them addressing the fingerprint issue, it’s clear that better customer service and attention to detail are needed

Avoid this place at all costs! They took a week to “fix” my phone, but it actually took four. Got my phone back with a mysterious crack under my case that wasn’t there before. Now my fingerprint reader is broken and they won’t honor the warranty because of this random crack. Their “solution”? To call their warehouse and ask if there was a crack before they gave me my phone back. Genius! What does a warranty actually cover if not for a malfunctioning screen? Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

I had to get my Apple Watch screen repaired! They were super quick. Dropped it off and got it the next day. Had a 10 dollar off coupon. For getting a screen replaced on a series 5 Apple Watch after tax was about 150.

Jherliza was also very helpful. She explained a few things to me and helped me with a screen protector! Thanks for all the help and great service.
