These guys go above and beyond for you, they’re great with customer service the two blokes on today I can’t fault in the slightest they helped me with setting up my new phone aswell as updating my old one for me and offered me a good price seeing as the back is cracked if I wanted to sell it, he could of had me right over because I was clueless about phones but he got both working the problem I had was I didn’t put my SIM card in it how daft but they didn’t even make me feel ashamed they were so lovely about it, I’ve been in a few times and the shops always clean, good atmosphere and staff who can have a laugh aswell as being professional! I’ve bought a phone and a ring aswell as doing a buyback on one of my items in the past few weeks and they’ve always double and triple checked anything they’ve sold me, gave me they even told me they have a WhatsApp so if I’m having a clear out send some photos over and they’ll give me a price, always a bonus we all have box’s of random crap even PS5 would be a profit from it and it clears space! 10/10 for everything especially the fact you can pay in instalments for things like TVS most of us don’t have a spare PS200 but it’s affordable this way I know most or all cash gens will do this but it’s another positive thing. Also very adhd friendly they don’t try taking the mick with prices either I find a lot of other shops do but they’re happy if your happy if not there’s no pushing to sell they’re more than happy to accept a no to their offer a lot of other places are very pushy but not here! I took up most of their day today and they didn’t even bat an eyelid were straight into helping me and other customers too everyone had smiles and were in a good mood like they always are you don’t get that everywhere it’s rare now

I have been assisted by every one of the staff at different times. All are just the most friendly and helpful people! The shop is spotless, nice and bright and cheery. They were honest in dealing with my questions and were very knowledgeable. Thank you!!
