Worst experience of my life.
I took my iPhone 11 for a battery service because my ORIGINAL battery was dead.
Had a chat with the guy at the counter and I’ve been told that since they’re an Apple certificate technician they will use a GENUINE Apple battery.
Returned after one hour to get my phone back, I notice that my display was showing a black stain on the bottom, I show that to them and they told me to come back the next day so they’ll have the time to change the display as well.
The next day I’ve been called that my phone was fixed but when I got there I discovered that both the parts: battery & display were NOT GENUINE APPLE PARTS (see pictures).
The reason why? An original Apple display costs $600.
That’s RIDICULOUS. To change a battery my display has been broken.
I had to take back my phone because I need it for work.
Don’t go there they will create more problems than what you already have with your phone.
