Earlier this year, my laptop screen was glitching, requiring attention asap. Casula Computers promptly fixed and returned my Mac within a day. Recently, I encountered charging issues, and after consultation, it was determined that my adapter, but not the entire charger, was faulty. Casula Computers provided me with a new adapter. It’s been a few months since the screen was fixed and a few weeks the adapter was replaced, and my Mac is running as smoothly as if it were new.

Our laptop had a damaged charging port. After Ash repaired it, it lasted for less then 2 months. He repaired it again and it lasted two days before breaking again (Same issue. Laptop not charging). Now he wants to charge me for further repairs. He also said to me “I don’t provide warranty but I had it fixed the second time around in good faith”
He is an eloquent and friendly guy but I won’t be doing business with him again.
