Absolutely lovely and friendly service. I have read lots of positive reviews and I can clarify this was definitely over 5 stars. I was shown what was happening to my laptop and was calmed by the friendly conversation. It was nice to know that my laptop was in safe hands and that it was something fixable. It took less than 30 minutes to fix and I now know what happened to my laptop. Would recommend to anyone and I definitely know where to go if anything happens to anything in the future.
Great customer service, really friendly guy who clearly is very knowledgeable and he was willing to diagnose the problem with a laptop screen free of charge before suggesting routes we could take to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend anyone with broken tech take it here.
Amazing shop fixed my computer extremely fast, the customer service is amazing as they gave clear insight into the problems with the computer and they sorted out the drivers for my computer free of charge couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience
