I went to Sean at Ceiriog Computers rather than a chain store as I wanted a personal, reliable and knowledgeable service – and that’s exactly what I received! I purchased an HP laptop and Sean set it all up for me so that I could hit the ground running. I had a few techie style queries, which Sean addressed very quickly and efficiently. Sean has been fantastic to deal with. I have used his services for a laptop service and an emergency repair. He was fantastic for keeping me in the loop with regular updates on my laptop and took time to discuss all options with me. In the end my laptop seemed uneconomical to repair and I purchased a refurbished HP Pavilion with 12 months warranty from Sean which I am thrilled with. I will return to Sean for any tech services I may need in the future.
