Cell Base are brilliant! I dropped my phone on my bathroom floor and damaged the screen to the point it eventually stopped working altogether. I work locally in Altrincham so went to visit Cell Base on my lunch the next day, I explained what happened to the lady behind the counter she was very helpful and reassuring; answering any daft questions I might’ve had – I left my phone with them to fix as I had to get back to my work. All in all I had my phone back within about 30 minutes screen replaced, fully functional and with the screen protector I’d purchased from them applied for me also – Faisal even dropped off my phone to my workplace as I wouldn’t have been able to get back to their shop before they closed that day! honestly can’t speak highly enough about the fantastic service from Cell Base they’re very good at what they do and they’re lovely people as well! I would recommend them to anyone!

My phone screen went and like most people I am lost without my phone, so I wandered into the first open phone repair shop I could find and I am so glad it was Cell Base that I went to. The guy who does the repairs is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and good at what he does. He explained things in a non-patronising way, had lots of useful advice and did not overcharge. The price was very reasonable and fair. Also, I had a different issue a few days after the screen repair and he very kindly did this second job free of charge. I will always go here for any repairs in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cell Base to anyone else. Thank you for such excellent service

Cannot recommend Faisal and his wife more highly. They are incredibly professional, kind, genuine and honest people. Having had a terrible experience from another phone repair shop in Altrincham, Faisal went out of his way to help me and fix the problems created from the other shop and restore my phone to be able to use it again. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service cannot be matched. Will never go anywhere else for my phone repairs now and will recommend to all my family and friends.
