Just been in to this store. I couldn’t access my Samsung tablet, due to something being accidentally clicked on. I was advised the settings had changed to an assisted setting to help blind people. The assistant managed to fix my problem and updated my settings really quickly. I was really surprised to hear him say there was no charge. I was so grateful for the help I was given. I went straight back to the store with a bag full of assorted biscuits to show my appreciation. Would recommend this very friendly store.
Took an S20FE and Fire tablet in today for charging port issues. Quoted PS35 for the S20 and promised to look at the tablet with no guarantee that it could be fixed. Cell Base were only able to do a partial repair on the S20 (but enough to be able to charge the phone) and got my tablet fixed too. Only charged PS20 for the phone and PS10 for the tablet. All done inside the hour.

Had a screen replaced on my phone at another local shop and before the 90 days warranty was up the phone would not work and they were adamant it wasn’t the screen they had fitted. So had taken my phone to Cell Base and they confirmed the original screen was of poor quality and replaced the screen and it was all working. Very friendly service from here. Thank You
