I had an exceptional experience at Cell Clinic Surrey on September 23rd, 2023!!

I brought in my wife’s iPhone XS Max for a battery replacement, and from start to finish, it was outstanding. They quoted me a two-hour wait time, and true to their word, it was completed within that timeframe.

The technician who worked on the phone was incredibly detailed and took the time to explain the entire process to me. I appreciated the transparency and felt confident in their expertise.

When I went to pick up the phone, I had the pleasure of meeting Peggy. She was not only kind and humble but also extremely knowledgeable. She patiently explained the battery replacement process further and answered all my questions without hesitation. Peggy’s excellent customer service made me feel comfortable and assured that I was in good hands.

Thanks to Peggy and the skilled technician, my experience at Cell Clinic Surrey was exceptional, and I will undoubtedly return for any future needs. Their professionalism and customer-centric approach truly set them apart. Highly recommended!

Their repair price is good but their results are terrible. I went to replace the back glass on an iPhone 11 Pro and it came back with a messed up looking flash. It still seems to work but it looks terrible cosmetically (see photo). They did say if the flash doesn’t work in the future they will repair it, but, again, it looks awful. And the back glass itself has really bad fit and finish. It does not sit flush with the frame and is sticking up a few mm (see photo). Overall I would not recommend their repair. Maybe this is how all third party repairs are since this is the first time I am repairing with anyone other than Apple. If I had known this would be the quality of the repair I would have paid more and had it repaired by Apple.

My husband and I were there last week on Wednesday. My husband’s phone screen had broken and he could not use any apps, could not check emails, only receiving phone calls. They person working there, was very personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the screen for us. He answered all the questions we had. The store has been there for 8 years. I would definitely go back there again.
