Hey folks! I’ve just left CellFix Doctors (PoloPark location). I brought my cellphone in for my S23 Ultra display replacement. Hands down, the service was super quick as I was sitting and waiting at their coffee table at the front of the store as their technician fixed my smartphone. It wasnt even 30 minutes!! Like, wowwww!!! I was pleasantly surprised to know that the repair was quick and effective with ZERO PROBLEMS nor any regrets. This business has earned my loyalty for any future repairs!!!!! I’m definitely coming back to them next time for sure!! I just hope not to come back anytime soon!!! Hahahaaa 🙂 Seriously, TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND WITH A SMILE TOO!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!

UPDATE #1:
I returned to Cell Fix Doctors a few days later because my cellphone was crashing and freezing. The problem wasn’t caused by Cell Fix Doctors, but rather my S23 Ultra was dropped and damaged more than 7 months ago which led to the damaged display screen, thus the camera caused the malfunction. I didn’t realize that this was the issue until Cell Fix Doctors did the display screen replacement for me. This was when the real problem was discovered through deduction. The technician was so accomodating and we figured out that it was my camera hardware component which was the issue. They went out of their way to help be by providing many options of how I can get my issue resolved while they offered me a temporary cellphone to use because my S23 Ultra was unreliable!!! That’s so amazing and generous of them!!!! WoW! What really made an impression on me was when she said, “Don’t worry, we’ll get through this TOGETHER.” Those were comforting words and very reassuring to hear! See, that’s another 5 Stars that they’ve earned today!! I’m a loyal customer for sure!

UPDATE #2:
I had to return to get my cellphone fixed because Technology doesn’t like me! Lol!!! My latest visit to Cell Fix Doctor basically fixed my smartphone within 25 hours and I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the service and so I decided to drop by the store again to show my appreciation and gifting them with some Tim Hortons. This is the kind of customer review they get from me!!! When your customers drop off tea & donuts to your store it says A LOT ABOUT THE STORE AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The technicians at this cell repair shop are so genuine, sincere, honest, trustworthy, and put so much effort into customer satisfaction by fixing challenging issues and making things right for cellphone owners. I’m a loyal customer and will only trust them for all of my cellphone problems in the future!! They have so much respect and appreciation from me!!! ENJOY THE GREEN TEA AND DONUTS, LADIES!!! 🙂

I was going to get my phone fixed by this place because of their good reviews. I went in person yesterday, the lady working was super nice and I told her I’d come back tomorrow to get it fixed. But since this is the first time I’ve ever cracked my screen I figured I’d continue to look at different price options. I found a place offering the same service, $50 cheaper, so I figured I’d ask the staff if they’d price match. When I called today, and asked the same lady I spoke to before, she was incredibly rude, and said “I don’t do that” and hung up on me before I could say anything!

I was so impressed by her help in person yesterday that I was going to still have my phone serviced by her whether or not she could price match what the other location was offering. I was more than willing to pay the extra $50 because of how kind she was at the start. But definitely not after that rude exchange. It doesn’t hurt to ask these kind of questions, but I guess in this case it did!
