A tale of two experiences. I went I to get a battery replacement on my phone. Came to 70ish dollars, no complaints. Guy seemed like he really knew his stuff.
But a couple weeks ago I went in looking for an charger for my laptop. The guy went on amazon and offered to order it for me and charge me an extra 30 dollars on top of the price from amazon for the privilege. I went to canada computers instead and got the same thing from them with no absurd 30 dollar surcharge.
So was great once, was not great another time
Went to store at 1pm on a Wednesday. Young kid running the store locked up store and left store for almost 1hr. Nobody else working with the young saleman to cover his store. Very unprofessional in my opinion….waiting over an 1hr to pick up repaired phone.
And phone was supposed to be ready the day before on Tuesday. My phone was not available for pickup …was simply told come back Thursday. For the delay we were given a %20 dicount from our original quote.

I recently had an amazing experience at the Phone Repair Shop in Ottawa, Canada. The staff there were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they fixed my phone in no time! The quality of their work was top-notch, and they even offered a warranty on the repair. The prices were reasonable too, which was a big plus.
