I asked them to put a new battery in my Samsung S10 phone but the charge was the same as the old battery that they replaced so I left a negative review on here (this was 6 months ago). After that they replied to the review and told me I could bring the battery in and they could replace it even if the warranty had expired. I came back 6 months later as I was abroad and they did do as they promised and installed a fully working battery. They said they do get the occasional faulty battery but that it’s very rare. In general, I’m happy with the service they provided and that they were willing to reply to my negative review and fix the issue. Thank you!

One day I was very desperate I lost my phone in the bus I didn’t know what to do,I went to that shop for help, they were very friendly, kind, honest and respect customers, they helped me with their phone to call my bank to cancel my bank cards, I called stage coach company to check my phone, they said my phone was handed over by a passenger who was in the bus when I lost my phone so I went to depot and I got my phone back. I was very happy, I recommend that shop to the whole community
