WARNING SCAM SCAM SCAM

Edit: took the phone to a proper shop where they laughed at the cheap Amazon screen and said the phone screen was installed incorrectly and that was the reason it broke. It was also missing parts that held the screen together called ‘brackets’. Blatantly damaged even the origin phone by the inproper install!

The owner installed a new screen after I cracked mine. Couldn’t use the finger print anymore, but I wasn’t fussed. After a week the pixels started dying and the screen shut off.

The phone was still working, only the screen he installed was broken. We took the phone back and he literally said “who knows why screens break” ….YOU…you should know why screens break, you’re the screen repair tech!

He refused to take any responsibility, he refused to run it through his insurance and basically said it’s my problem. I showed him pictures of the pixels dying right after but he didn’t care at all.

I think this place used to be good, but breaking phones and then just shrugging? You’ll be out of business soon.

And don’t comment after this that you tried to help- we gave you two days and you told us you wouldn’t do anything and it’s our problem now.

STOP!

Do you value your money? Do you want your broken/damaged smartphone to work again after paying for a repair?

If you said yes to either of those questions…then you must STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

This basement dwelling “business” is more than happy to take your cash-only payment in return for a faulty and disingenuous mobile “repair”.

Be warned, you will pay full price for parts and service with a broken phone screen and you will receive a version of your device that may work for a week or two but then start to show dead pixels, unresponsiveness and ultimately a fully blacked out screen.

When the owner/operator was confronted about their poor parts and faulty service…all you will receive is a argumentative flippant response that there’s nothing they can do to rectify their mistake other than you paying double for them to try again.

If there was a regulatory compliance organization this place would be shut down already.

Please save your money and avoid the stress of dealing with this place. I wish I read the reviews warning us before I went there too

Despite the recent bad reviews I still went took my chance coz a lot of reviews sometimes point of view. I found him very pro and quick and doesn’t try to hard to please you coz he is confident in his work. I think when you have one owner and operator it’s hard to satisfy everyone, you just do your best. Same big corporations do take your money and you are unable to reach to one decent human on phone. Here is this guy very vulnerable and you go drop your stuff you talk to him you back and forth and people never happy. I want to drop updated review as I felt bad after he fixed my phone in few minutes and order battery to other phone and now I am going to grab it. Just coz the owner is vulnerable in store, phone google we have to stop criticism everything because they will be out of business and we will end up to deal with big corporations. We have to stop commenting and complaining to everything, look into it as human and deeper where we are heading in this dawn.
