I called up the business this morning asking for a quote in regards to replacing the screen of my iPhone XR. The gentleman who answered was very friendly, and immediately helped with my query and provided me a quote and the time it would take to replace the screen which was super helpful to plan in my day. I was also offered a great discount over the phone. I then went to the store and was greeted in a friendly manner and the gentleman got straight on with replacing the screen. It was completed within around 15 minutes which was extremely quick compared to any other experience I’ve had elsewhere. I was then politely offered another discount on the screen protector which was then applied by himself also. He was also happy to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this store out of the many that are situated in the town and can ensure I’d be returning for any repairs in future.

Just want to share my experience with this business i found in Crawley. I found the shop owner to be very helpful and trusted. The price was reasonable and the repair on my tablet was done professionally.

We purchased a cover for our phone and there was a slight problem and the shop owner was happy to exchange it for a different design and I find that the customer service is very excellent compared to other shops.

He was also kind to let me have his Sons Tablet cover as I had to take it again due to the screen breaking this time and I’m so grateful as its a very, very,very excellent cover.

I would highly recommend this shop if you have any issues with your phones etc and its a good place for accessories too.
