Bad Service, closed during the day, sneaky people.

Went looking for a wire to charge my phone. Was sold a wire for my iPhone which didn’t work. Went back to return and the store was closed at 150pm for the gentleman to pray. Waited outside the store for 20mins to return the wire. The clerk “Anas” said it’s my fault because I didn’t say I want to charge iPhone, the wire he sold “only work on android” (USB C). He then said he knows I have an iPhone 15 pro and it won’t work for me. Tried to up me to a $30 wire which I refused. When I asked for a refund he said it was my fault because I didn’t mention iPhone, also he said that he doesn’t offer refunds but “as a favour” he refunded me $15 of the $17 dollars I spent (refund in cash).

Terrible service, inconsistent business opening and exceptionally rude to say I didn’t tell him I needed for iPhone and blame me when he knew exactly what phone I had in my hand.

Go literally anywhere else!

Don’t trust your mobile devices to these shysters.

Brought my phone in for repair and was told that it was the screen. Two screens and a day later I was told it must be an issue with the motherboard. 1 week later I inquired about the status of the repair and was told my phone was ready for pickup. I was then charged $300 for the screen I did not need and a capacitor they supposedly replaced. Phone was returned with Glue leaking out all sides and it stopped working within an hour.

The shop obviously did not test their repair. When I informed them of the poor quality of their work and expressed my frustration of being charged $300 for nothing they told me I could bring my phone back….no thanks.

Was given the managers # and told to contact him. He was unresponsive and did not care to address the situation.

If you enjoy deceptive business practices and shoddy repairs – this is the shop for you!

Personally, I won’t be back.

My iPhone wouldn’t turn on or take a charge. I went into the shop and the guy working, Anas I think his name was, was very polite and helpful, explained what was wrong with my phone and how to fix it. Answered the dozen or so questions I had since I don’t know jack about phones. Super reasonable prices and friendly staff, 11/10 better than going to the circus that is the Apple Store.
