DO NOT take your mobile device here. I have a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra that needed a new charging port. When I phoned they said they had it in stock, it works take an hour and was $88 dollars, this all sounded great so I did. When I picked up the phone he asked if my back glass was cracked when I took it in. I said no it was in pristine condition, well it turns out he shattered it. So he offered me two replacements a pink or white, my phone is green. I chose one and he installed it no charge but it looked hideous. As I was leaving he asked “are we good”? I said would you order the correct colour and install it no charge? He said no I don’t want to do that. So I told him then no we weren’t because he’d completely devalued my phone. To add to the situation HE’D caused within an hour of getting home 2 of the camera lenses had fallen off the new back glass he’d installed. It was obviously a very cheap quality one. In the end I had to order the correct one myself and take it elsewhere to be installed.

smashed my phone into oblivion two weeks ago, came in today to get the screen replaced. I had my phone back good as new in less than two hours and couldn’t be happier with the service. I asked for a screen protector and the guy taking care of my order wasn’t happy with the first one he laid down so he opened up a new pack unprompted. it was the kind of service you hope for. I shopped around a bit for this repair and for the quality and care, this was more than reasonable. i hope I don’t smash my screen again anytime soon, but I’ll come back for any repairs I need moving forward.

Went in with my iPad to replace the battery, they got the work done and contacted me to return the following day. Unfortunately the issue wasn’t ONLY with the battery, so it’s still semi-broken and I’ve decided it’s just easier to replace. But they did what they could to attempt a fix and were kind enough to not charge me, which they absolutely did not have to do. If I ever have any similar tech issues in the future, will definitely stop by again / recommend. They seem like great guys, very straight forward.
