Can Fix It is one of the best phone repair companies I’ve ever been with, I’m so thankful I found them, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They have the best customer service I’ve ever come across. They are kind, quick, reliable and so helpful, they’ve provided me several options, discounts and advice for any phone related inquiries. Their pricing is absolutely amazing, affordable and reasonable. They don’t care about money, they care about your needs and your budgets. They also complete services so quickly, I had my phone smashed to pieces and they returned it BRAND NEW, in a matter of few hours. I called Jordan at Can Fi It in Toronto and explained that my Samsung phone screen had become unreadable due to the massive crack sustained from a drop on concrete. He assured me that he would replace my screen and do everything he could to get it back to normal. He ordered the part overnight and called me when it was in and arranged for me to bring in the phone. And he repaired it within 3 hours. I have never experienced device service like that.

Just like most people, I’m always skeptical about phone repair shops. When when my “waterproof” iPhone died after being in a water for 2 seconds and Apple Store told me they can’t fix it, I gave this spot a chance because of such good reviews. And I was not wrong to do so! The guy working here was super friendly, I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me and he actually fixed my phone for a pretty reasonable price 🙂 5/5
