My experience at this store was incredibly frustrating. Despite waiting for 15 minutes with my son, the staff prioritized another customer who spoke the same language. When I inquired about my phone, the person assisting me continued to prioritize the other customer and even gave me the side eye as if it wasn’t their business. I left upset and later found out that I could remove the glass at home in just 3 minutes. The lack of competence and poor customer service make this store a regrettable choice.
