Best service I have experienced for device repair. My phone stopped charging and actually cut me off in the middle of a business call. I walked into the shop, was greeted right away, filled in some paperwork, went for walk and in half an hour, problem solved and I am back in business. Reasonable charges too. I highly recommend this little shop.
Called about getting a back glass repaired on a iPhone 14 Pro Max. The repair is listed on the website so I called to inquire. I was told there is too many issues with iPhone 14 Pro Max and he would not do it. Could use some customer service training as well as the person I spoke to, could not have cared less of my concern.
Bruce is great! He’s helped me out so many times – and does free diagnosis, which is amazing. I send all my friends here and he is the go-to guy for any electronics repair needs. Seems to be the only genuine repair shop in town that wasn’t trying to give me a run for my money!
