Very efficient service for routine repairs such as battery replacement. Took twenty minutes for a battery swap for a phone bulging out of the screen. If you get bored in the plaza, there’s a small phone museum located inside with various phones of different makes and models spanning back to Motorola car phones.
I accompanied my mom when she went to Cellular Pro to upgrade her crazy old iPhone 6 for a newer old iPhone, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with her as she asked her questions etc. They transferred her sim to the newer phone as well as her contacts etc. Great service overall.
