IPhone 5 repaired with new LCD, I inquired about a warranty and was told if the screen failed with in (2) weeks it would be replaced. The screen began flickering and had vertical lines after (1) week and was returned to the store where I was informed that the LCD is damaged. The phone was placed in an otter box before I left the store and not abused through the week. It was noted that the phone case had a bend and that could be why the unit failed. I asked why this was not corrected during the initial LCD replacement and was told it was missed. I though everyone should be aware how this establishment treats there customers and honours there warranties.

The employee I talked to was very knowledgable about the services they provide. I am only giving 4 stars because the product I needed was not in stock and they couldn’t get the right colour in.

Edit: I provided the correct colour for the back of my phone, he will willing to do the job right then and there. Completed in 30 minutes and no issues.

Bought a computer from this place. Posted on Kijiji. He refused to mention battery was dead, CMOS battery was dead, hard drive was on its way out, and the CPU was overheating… I mean, be honest and give a fair price and I’ll be a loyal customer.
