I brought my phone into the store to get my charging port replaced on my a21. When I got my phone home a charging port work great however I could no longer connect to my mobile network. So I could not make calls or receive text messages. So I brought the phone back the next day they said they were very busy and that I would have to take a back seat and told me to come back at the end of the day. I returned my phone was dead so I couldn’t not test it in store when I arrive home the exact same issue existed. I tried every troubleshooting option possible. It is a problem with the hardware on the phone that did not exist before it went to the shop. I brought it back to the shop yesterday they again told me they were too busy with other customers and that I would have to leave my phone overnight. There were several apps installed on my phone after my first pick up so I didn’t feel comfortable doing this. In my opinion I’ve already paid for a service and have had extremely negative consequences. Proper business ethics would be to deal with the customer that’s already paid and been extremely inconvenienced by your own incompetence by mistake before you deal with brand new customers who haven’t wronged in any way yet. Obviously I will change this review if my issue is dealt with but as of right now it is not being dealt with I’m being brushed off

Worst quality. They changed the broken original screen of my Note 20 ultra with the cheapest screen ever, charged me $500. I never dropped the phone, the cheap screen broke in first week I still can’t figure out the reason, probably just some pressure in my pocket. Even since the first day I got it repaired the touch would often stop working. I wish I never visited them, the screen was broken before repair but it used to work fine. But now, I can only see green screen. I visited today to get reimbursed, the guy said it was original Samsung screen it can’t break just by pressure, while the day I paid for repair the other guy told me “you won’t get original Samsung screen anywhere”. Can’t imagine how cheap is this screen, never dropped it even once after repair, there is no scratch or dent at any other part. I am sure, they won’t reimburse me ever, I just hope either they start spending to get better quality hardware instead of ripping off the customers or I would say good luck to their customers.

So today i went to this Cell Xpress at
Kings way mall to possibly buy an overpriced iPhone XS max
– The guy seen in the pictures wouldn’t show me the iPhone – Was being suspicious and gave me a hard time – He even called security on me – Not to mention the phones he sells is way overpriced – i strongly don’t recommend you shop at this Location
( 650$ for an iPhone XS Max )
( 475$ for an iPhone XR )
( 425$ for iPhone 8 Plus )
i felt I was denied service at this Location
( Very poor service ) ( Over priced used iPhone’s )
