I went there to get my cell phone fixed twice now for my screen being broken it’s the only place I think in Three Rivers where they are certified Samsung so they are accredited everything they do on your phone and your phone has his original when they have to do work on your unit in Samsung always has tests they have to do a series of tests they have to do before they finish the installation I guess it’s a really good thing for people that have more up to date cell phones and gadgets and all that stuff because if it’s old and outdated no need to go to replace with original parts that’s just.. I’ll tell you what the one thing I thought was kind of weird they made me leave my cell phone there couldn’t wait for it couldn’t get a appointment to get it fixed they wanted to keep it minimum he said in the beginning it was a Samsung that asked for this criteria but then at the end they told me it was them because they were too busy so why lie to the client about this I have no idea but if it is because you know your backed up into work and you want to make sure you have the unit there to fix it whenever you get to when you tell the truth you don’t have to think you don’t have to warm your way around it you don’t have to have an excuse that last a hundred hours it comes naturally right so that part specially when it’s people I don’t know even if I do know them those little lies for me are so have lots of trust issues against you because it’s my fault your fault whatever they let me a phone for 50 bucks deposit it was freezing or something from the US I guess and my SIM card did not work or the phone the so Verizon did not accept it doesn’t card in the phone so I got a phone I dropped on the floor by the way I broke the screen they cut my deposit $500 for my phone to get fixed I bought a case for the phone a new screen protection wire to charge the phone calls cost me $700 plus over the top pushing the limits I will never understand it I do not blame the store it’s not their fault they purchase and charged with what Samsung s I guess I do not blame them but it’s ridiculous the cost of these things units and all the shebang that d’accords with the makes me sick to pay for that honestly

Horrible experience! Brought my Blackberry Keyone because it’s screen was starting to unglue and wanted a professional repair…only to get a call back 2 hours later telling me that my screen wouldn’t turn on… No wonder when you rip the ribbon by an inexperienced tech. Never again. Bring your phone for a 20$ repair and they fixed it so it would cost me $160 to change the screen. What a scam!! They break it, and they still charged me!
As per your response, I did not drop my Blackberry. It is an issue many owners face and Blackberry is addressing the issue. I brought my phone working and gently lifted the screen to show the counter girl which see pointed out that they haven’t seen a Blackberry before…that should have been a red flag. Now I know why you charge up front!! You break it and you still make money…scam artist IMHO!

Absolutely awful service. Had screen on iPhone repaired and spent extra to have protector installed. It was NOT done right as it was poorly affixed and didn’t last more than one week. Went back to the store for support and for it to be replaced and was told no.

Wow they have a massive sign inside their shop that says “100% guarantee”. Guess not!!! Terrible experience for really sub-par quality products. Spent over 160$ with zero support.
